Systems/Accounting Integrators and Popular Association Bank.  This new relationship was built to provide more services and access for the homeowners and Board of Directors that we serve.  Beginning January 4, 2016 you will have online access to your account to monitor your payments, retrieve community documents with ease, and communicate better and faster with your community and management team.  As we begin this transition in software and banking there are bound to be questions.  Enclosed in your January statement you should have received information about some of the new payment options.  A similar letter can be found at the link below for your convenience.  Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.

Ron Ficalora to Speak at CAI San Diego Event

The Helm's Ron Ficalora will join a panel of community managers at the CAI San Diego sponsored North County Trade Show & Breakfast in Carlsbad, CA on October 6th.  The panel will share their most challenging stories, how they handled their challenge, what was the outcome, and what they would do differently next time. Nexus Condominium Capital Improvements

05/15 San Diego, CA

Under the guidance of The Helm Management Co., and Tom Hensley, the Nexus mid-rise condominium building, located on the edge of the East Village in Downtown San Diego, is well into its major capital improvement construction project.  With work scheduled to be completed by the end of 2015 after nearly a year of improvements to interior and exterior features, The Helm is proud to work with the Board of Directors of Nexus and put their stamp on Downtown San Diego.

The Helm Management Co. would like to welcome the newest members of our staff, Amena and Jhonny, to the La Mesa office.  Amena, who began with us as a part time receptionist and quickly excelled to warrant a full time offer assisting with administration efforts at The Helm and customer relations.  Jhonny has shifted to the accounts receivable department and is excited for his new responsibilities after being a member of our maintenance staff.  Join us in welcoming Amena and Jhonny.
